Bosco’s Second Chance at Life

Bosco is a gentle soul from our community who has endured unimaginable pain and loss.

One tragic day, he was run over by a speeding vehicle while resting by the roadside. The impact crushed his leg and left him terrified. For days, Bosco disappeared into hiding — silently bearing his agony without food, care, or comfort.

When he finally emerged, his condition had worsened. His injured leg was infested with maggots and severely infected. Despite the unbearable pain and weakness, Bosco clung to life, waiting for someone to help him.

After medical evaluations, the vets confirmed the heartbreaking truth: the only way to save Bosco is through amputation. Surgery, post-operative care, proper nutrition, and physiotherapy will be vital for his recovery and for helping him adjust to life on three legs.

And yet, Bosco’s spirit remains unbroken. He has shown us his will to live, his gentle nature, and his quiet strength. With the right treatment and care, Bosco can heal and go on to live a happy, pain-free life.
